How We Work Together: One Moment, One Skill at a Time Working with me isn’t about pushing or performing. It’s about slowing down—gently, courageously—so you can begin to feel yourself again.
You don’t have to carry this alone.
We’ll meet online in the way that feels safe and supportive to you. And together, we’ll practice the art of embodied presence—the skill of being with what is, in your body, moment to moment.
In our sessions, I listen with deep attention and patience. I won’t rush your process. I won’t try to fix you. I’ll be a human being, being human with you.
You’ll learn to recognize the moments your nervous system is asking for support—and how to respond with care. You’ll begin to notice subtle shifts, new options, a little more breath, a little more space.
And you’ll practice—not just in session, but in everyday moments. Waiting in line. Sitting in traffic. Sitting with someone’s story. What if instead of feeling numb or impatient, you placed a hand on your center of gravity? What if that was enough?
You’ll begin to rewire your system toward connection, choice, and safety—because what fires together, wires together.
