About Darcy M. Jones, LCSW

You’ve done the work. Therapy. Self-help books. Nervous system regulation.

You’re skilled, insightful, and people often come to you for support.

But inside, something still feels…off.

Maybe it’s a quiet sense of lostness. A whisper that life could be more aligned, more yours.

Maybe you’re standing at a threshold, not sure what’s next, only that this can’t be it.

If you’re wondering whether this work is right for you, I offer a free 20-minute consultation.

Who I Work With

I work with creatives, deep feelers, and seekers like you – people who have outgrown old patterns but haven’t quite landed in what’s next.I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you come home to yourself, in your body, in your life, where clarity, aliveness, and self-trust live.

My Approach to Somatic and Attachment-Based Therapy

I bring a unique blend of experience to this work, rooted in somatic therapy, attachment healing, and creative process.

I’ve trained in Somatic Experiencing since 2003, long before “nervous system regulation” was trending. My work centers around helping you listen to the signals of your body, so you can begin to trust what you feel, not just what you think.

Creativity, Identity, and the Inner Process

As an artist and sculptor myself, I understand what it’s like to feel stuck, to sense something essential waiting just beneath the surface, and not know how to reach it.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, creative block, or emotional fog, I offer a space where your full self is welcome – even the parts that don’t yet make sense.

Therapy with me isn’t about striving for perfection – it’s about reclaiming your midline, that inner anchor that helps you know when you’re on the right path… and when you’re not.

This creative way of working shapes how I hold therapeutic space.

What Matters to Me in This Work is YOU

What matters to me in this work is you.

What matters to me is you learning to trust your truest, most authentic version of yourself.

I believe you already carry everything you need to heal – it’s just waiting to be remembered.

With the right kind of support, you can reconnect with your inner knowing and begin to live from a place of clarity, safety, and embodied self-trust.
